Health and Skin Conditions: It’s crucial that you inform us about any health conditions or skin issues, such as keloids, psoriasis, or open wounds at the piercing site. We want to ensure your safety and satisfaction.
Allergies: Please let us know about any allergies to metals, latex, soap, or other substances. While we take precautions, it’s not always possible to predict allergic reactions.
Age and Sobriety: If you’re under 18, we’ll need parental consent. To ensure a safe procedure, we cannot perform piercings on individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Personal Choice: Understand that choosing a piercing is a personal decision that will permanently alter your appearance. We’re here to help you express yourself.
Hygiene and Infection Control: Our piercings are done using appropriate instruments and sterilization methods. While we take every precaution, there is always a risk of infection. You’ll receive aftercare instructions, and we ask that you follow them diligently during the healing process.
Jewelry Responsibility: Please be aware that Skin Deep Tattoo & Piercing is not responsible for replacing lost jewelry. Regular cleaning and movement of your piercing may cause jewelry to become loose. If a piercing closes due to lost jewelry, it will not be redone for free.
Oral Piercings: For oral piercings like Snake Eyes, Frog Eyes, Tongue, Labret, etc., be aware that we are not responsible for any issues such as chipped, broken, or cracked teeth.
